We want local people to be fully involved in shaping local health and care services for the future. Many residents are already involved in various pieces of work from our ICS member organisations. We now want you to help us take forward our Long Term Plan over the next five years and help us to engage to develop annual plans to ensure its delivery and to respond to any changes in priorities.
