Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICS AGM 2021
Our first virtual Annual General Meeting was held in October 2021, where we talked about the progress of the ICS over the past 12 months.
During the session we also spoke about:
- Suicide prevention. Owen Paterson, MP for North Shropshire, was our guest speaker. He has become a vocal campaigner on issues related to suicide since the tragic death of his wife Rose last year. He also made a significant announcement that signals our commitment to suicide prevention.
- What we've been up to over the past year and our plans for the future.
- Our 10 key pledges. What we've done so far to work towards those pledges and the next steps. Watch our video update here.
- Our commitment to working with the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) along with representatives from the sector, setting out our commitment to a strong partnership.
