Sara Edwards - STW Training Hub Lead and Programme Manager

Sara has a public sector background and started working in the NHS in 2016. She has been involved with Training Hubs since they were set up in the West Midlands as a Health Education England initiative. Since then she has developed the Training Hub across STW as the functions and remit have widened to meet the demands of the changing face of primary care workforce. Her professional interests lie firmly in supporting STW's primary care workforce to meet the needs of their patients, as well as their own professional aspirations, alongside networking with local partner organisations to support an integrated care system.

Sara has two teenage children, a love of all things Italian and an interest in interior design.
