Leadership and Management - ILM

Back to Portfolio of Courses

About the course

The ILM Level 3 programme aims to provide training in the soft skills that are used throughout a clinical career to support, and optimise, existing and developing clinical knowledge. All of the workshops are based on workshops delivered as part of an existing clinical leadership programme and these are linked to the ILM Award.

The programme will be delivered over the course of 6 months usually starting in September or October.  It looks at leadership and management skills required in a clinical context and will focus on primary care bringing local practices together. This programme has been proven and tested in other medical settings. On successful completion of the programme participants will achieve the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Qualification.
