Return to Practice - Part 1 Induction (e-learning)

Thank you for your support in re-joining Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin's local NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please read your Welcome letter.

Part 1 of your Return to Practice Induction training includes completion of a number of e-LfH on-line modules.  Before undertaking the e-learning you will need to create an e-LfH account to evidence completion of your training.  

To create an account:

Using your work email, read Guide to creating an e-LfH account using a work email.

Using your personal email, read Guide to creating an e-LfH account using a personal email.

The e-LfH Quick Start guide is a helpful aid to navigating the e-LfH website.

Details of your required e-learning modules are provided in your Welcome letter.  You are required to complete all of the listed modules and it is essentail that all information is read with care to ensure it is fully understood. 

Once you have completed all of the e-learning modules, please read, sign and date the Acknowledgement of Induction Completion Form. Your completed form should be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at your earliest opportunity. 

Please feel free to download and retain a copy of completed e-learning certificates for your own records.

Additional resources and information to help staff respond to COVID-19 are available within the e-LfH programme and you are strongly recommended to review these to further support your induction.  Details of the additional resources can be found here
