The booking process
- Employees need to complete the e-Learning module before booking to attend a webinar. Click on the following link to access the e-Learning module: Learning Portal (mel-lms.online)
- All CQC registered organisations are responsible for ensuring that their staff are informed about which Tier of training they need to complete.
- To help managers understand which tier of the training may be relevant to their staff, they should refer to The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism: The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism: Tier guidance for employers. This is necessary because, as part of the booking process, employees will be required to answer the following question: ‘Which Tier have you been advised to complete by your organisation?’ The answer to this question will determine which Tier of training the employee can book to attend.
- If managers would like to ensure their staff are automatically enrolled onto the correct Tier of training, they can arrange this by emailing
