Jon will mainly be supporting the growing number of GPs choosing to work as locums, but also liaising with practices who engage locums to help to fill GP shifts. 

"I am excited to undertake this role and hope to form a strong network of locum doctors that can support our practices locally in continuing to deliver excellent care. In turn, I hope to support the development and retention of doctors locally as locums."
