General Practice Nurse Strategy

The GPN strategy provides an opportunity to define the values of General Practice Nurses and demonstrate that through ongoing clinical professional development they will continue to provide high quality, safe and effective care to the population of the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and look to share their skills and knowledge to benefit other areas.

The strategy is centred around the General practice Nurse 10 Point Plan and focus on the 3 pillars of Recruit, Retain and Reform. It is part of the overarching ICS People Plan.
