GP Fellowship Clinical Lead Role Outine

This role is fixed term for 12 months and will require the successful candidate to work an average of two sessions a month. The role is open to a GP on the current National Performers List, qualified within the last 10 years and working as a partner, a salaried GP or a GP locum in the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin area.

The key focus for this role is to provide clinical input and leadership to the GP Fellowship scheme which has been in place since January 2021, and which currently supports 20 newly-qualified GP Fellows. The wider purpose of the role is, together with other initiatives, to increase the retention of newly-qualified GPs in the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin system.
