The Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Training Hub are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Health Care Support Worker/Health Care Assistant (HCA) to contribute to the development and advancement of the HCA profession through helping us to deliver the aspirations of the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin GPN Strategy.

Primary Care Training Hub funding is supporting the role which will report to STW Primary Care Training Hub and the Training Hub Nurse Facilitator.
