STW ICS Leadership Events
The Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW) Integrated Care System (ICS) leadership team have identified the need to bring together directors, senior leaders and senior clinicians from across the ICS.
The purpose of these leadership events is to; introduce the ICS and provide clarity of its vision and purpose, highlight the achievements of system, engage colleagues effectively about the ICS’s priorities and introduce the concept of ‘one team’ across STW.
The events are an opportunity for the ICS to articulate to a wide audience across the STW system its role and purpose, describe our vision and priorities, our journey to becoming an Integrated Care System, our conviction to address health inequalities, the approach we will take to make a difference and the role each stakeholder can play in achieving this.
